This Academic Policy governs enrolments, attendance, exams, marks, and continuation for every learner on the Bhaktivedanta Rajavidyalaya ("BVRV") Pune platform. All academic decisions are in the hands of Team BVRV.
1. Enrolment
- Enrolment into any course or batch is subject to review and approval by Team BVRV.
- Meeting prerequisites listed on a course does not, by itself, guarantee enrolment.
- Enrolment can be paused, revoked, or transferred to another batch at BVRV's discretion.
2. Attendance & Participation
- Students are expected to maintain the attendance and participation levels set by their batch instructors.
- Instructors may mark, edit, or backfill attendance based on session records maintained by Team BVRV.
- Repeated absence without prior intimation may lead to removal from the batch.
3. Exams, Assignments & Marks
- Exam schedules, syllabi, weightages, and evaluation criteria are decided by Team BVRV.
- Marks and results published on the platform are subject to internal review and correction.
- Any dispute regarding evaluation is resolved by the reviewing instructor together with Team BVRV; their decision is final.
- Attempting to game, share, or copy exam material can result in immediate disqualification.
4. Removal, Suspension & Discontinuation
Team BVRV reserves the right to remove any student, enrolment, batch, or course at any time, without prior notice, when in BVRV's judgement it is required to protect the integrity, safety, or spiritual character of the programme. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct incompatible with the values of the platform.
- Misuse of the platform, its content, or its community spaces.
- Providing false information during enrolment or verification.
- Extended inactivity or non-participation.
5. Certificates & Recognition
- Certificates are issued only for courses and batches that are successfully completed as per the criteria set by Team BVRV.
- Certificates may be withdrawn if the underlying enrolment is later found to be invalid.
6. Changes to This Policy
This Academic Policy may be updated by Team BVRV from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be highlighted via a platform notification when reasonably possible.
