These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bhaktivedanta Rajavidyalaya ("BVRV", "we", "us") platform. Every operational and academic decision on this platform is ultimately in the hands of Team BVRV.
1. Eligibility & Account
By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Team BVRV may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to misuse, fraud, violation of academic policy, or disruption of the community.
2. Enrollment & Access
Enrollment in a course or batch is subject to approval, seat availability, and (where applicable) payment. Access to learning material, batches, and assessments may be revised, paused, or withdrawn by Team BVRV without prior notice.
3. Conduct
You agree not to (a) misrepresent your identity, (b) share your account, (c) upload harmful or unlawful content, (d) attempt to disrupt platform operations, or (e) violate academic-integrity expectations. Team BVRV is the final authority on what constitutes acceptable use.
4. Fees & Payments
Course and batch fees, where applicable, are displayed on the corresponding pages. Payments are processed manually and confirmed only after Team BVRV verifies the transaction reference you submit. Refunds, where allowed, follow our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — course materials, notes, questions, media, and branding — is owned by BVRV or its licensors and is provided for personal, non-commercial study only. Redistribution, resale, or public posting is not permitted without prior written approval from Team BVRV.
6. Disclaimer
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BVRV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Team BVRV's decisions on academic, disciplinary, and operational matters are final.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BVRV, its trustees, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
