This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid course and batch enrollments on the Bhaktivedanta Rajavidyalaya ("BVRV") Pune platform. All refund decisions are in the hands of Team BVRV.
1. General Rule — No Refunds
As a general rule, fees paid for courses and batches are non-refundable. Please review the course details, batch schedule, and prerequisites carefully before enrolling.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
A refund may be considered only in certain exceptional circumstances, and only after review and written approval by Team BVRV. Examples that may be considered include:
- Duplicate payment against the same enrollment.
- A batch is cancelled by BVRV before it begins.
- A medical or personal emergency, supported by documentation, raised before the batch begins.
None of the above create an automatic right to a refund. Every request is decided individually by Team BVRV, and the decision of Team BVRV is final and binding.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Write to admin@bvrvpune.org from the email registered on your account.
- Include the batch/course name, enrollment date, transaction reference, and the reason for your request.
- Attach any supporting documentation. Team BVRV may request additional information.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank processing time may add a few more days. Any transaction charges may be deducted.
5. No Partial Refunds Once a Batch Begins
Once a batch has begun, no partial or pro-rata refund will be granted, irrespective of the number of sessions attended.
6. Changes to This Policy
Team BVRV may update this Refund Policy at any time. The revised policy is effective as soon as it is published on this page.
